Geranium himalayense is a perennial herb native to the Himalaya region. It is the parent of several popular cultivars including Geranium ‘Rozanne’. The species has naturalised in the UK. There is no evidence that it is invasive anywhere. It is unclear how long the species has been in cultivation in Australia.
