Eremophila maculata (Spotted Emu Bush)

Eremophila maculata (Spotted Emu Bush) is a small shrub that is native to inland Australia (WA, NT, Qld, NSW, Vic, SA). Tubular flowers come in many colours: pink, mauve, red, orange or yellow, often with a pale, spotted throat, making this a popular plant for home gardens. It is the parent of many cultivars. It has been in trade since 1871. There is no record of this species naturalising outside its native range or becoming invasive anywhere.
