Viminaria juncea (Golden spray; Native Broom)

This shrub is native to most of Australia (Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania). It has been in the ornamental trade since 1851 and has not become naturalised. This species is not considered invasive anywhere in the world. This shrub can grow from 1 to 5 meters. The flowers are produced in yellow to orange racemes, often with red keel. Pods contain one seed each.
