Myoporum parvifolium (Creeping Boobialla, Small-leaved Myoporum)

(Myoporum humile)

This fast growing perennial species is a small low ground creeper which will spread outwards to about 3 m and reach a maximum of 30 cm high. It is native to the clay soils of south-western New South Wales, central and western Victoria and eastern South Australia. It is considered an environmental weed somewhere in Australia, by a single source. It produces viable seeds, though germination may be slow. It has been in the ornamental plant trade in Australia since 1968.
