( Ficus hillii, Ficus prolixa)This evergreen large tree is native to Lesser Sunda Islands, New Guinea, New Caledonia and Queensland in Australia. It has been in the plant trade since 1940 and has not become naturalised outside its native range, neither considered invasive anywhere in the world. Flowers are inconspicuous and the fruits are salmon pink figs that appear in Autumn. Birds and bats are attracted by this species.
