Elaeocarpus eumundi (Eumundi quandong, Smooth-leaved Quandong)
This mid-sized tree is endemic to QLD and north-east NSW. It is unknown how long it has been in the plant trade for, but there are no records of it becoming naturalised anywhere outside its native range. Similarly, it has not been recorded as naturalised nor invasive anywhere in the world. It produces cream-coloured flowers from November to December and blue fruit. The species attracts birds that feed on its nectar and fruits.
