Callistemon ‘Kings Park Special’
This cultivar is a small bushy tree that grows to 3-5m tall and 3-4m wide. For the purpose of this assessment is has been assumed that Callistemon viminalis is the parent of Callistemon ‘Kings Park Special’. This cultivar has been in the ornamental plant trade in Australia since 1983 after its registration with Australian Cultivar Registration Authority in October 1980. It sets fertile seed but must be grown by vegetative means to preserve the cultivar form.
