Euphorbia characias (Mediterranean Spurge)
Mediterranean Spurge is a small evergreen succulent shrub. It is native to western Europe and is naturalised in the USA, UK and NZ in a similar climate to NSW. It appears to be a garden escape but has not formed self-sustaining populations and is not considered invasive. The subspecies wulfenii is widely cultivated.
