(A. cirrhatum)

This perennial herb is native to New Zealand. It has large, upright, pale green leaves and white flowers in spring. There is no data on how long it has been in the ornamental plant trade in Australia. The species is not known to have become naturalised or invasive outside its native range. It reproduces by seed dispersed by gravity or wind. There is a moderate level of climate similarity between its native range and parts of NSW.
