Dichondra argentea (Silver Ponysfoot, Silver Nickel Vine) is a creeping/trailing evergreen perennial that is native to desert regions in the southern USA, northern Mexico and parts of South America. It has silvery-grey foliage and stems. Flowers are insignificant. It is the parent of Dichondra ‘Silver Falls’. It is not recorded as naturalised in Australia or invasive anywhere.
