Lomandra confertifolia subsp. pallida ‘PomPom’ (Lomandra 'PomPom')

Lomandra confertifolia subsp. pallida ‘PomPom’ (Lomandra PomPom) is a tufted perennial grass-like plant 40-60cm high. It is a male cultivar with semi erect to arching mid-green leaves, and cream to yellow flower spikes half the length of the leaves. It has been registered as a cultivar (with ACRA) since 2016 and PBR is pending (2020). There is no evidence that the cultivar or its parent has naturalised beyond its native range or become invasive.
