Magnolia denudata (Yulan Magnolia) is a deciduous tree from central and eastern China that grows 6-9m in Australia. It is popular for its large fragrant, pure white flowers. It has been in trade in Australia since the early 1800s and has not naturalised. It is not considered invasive anywhere in the world.
